Job purpose & Scope:-
Lead Sales Analytics + New Sales IT projects to drive best in class Sales processes / accurate decision making / more productive Sales teams
Major Areas of Responsibilities:-
1. Leading Business Analytics & New Tech deployment
a. Powerful insights/ Call to action based - Decision making Analytics
b. Deploying Cloud DMS based Analytics
c. DMS Analytics usage
d. Location Analytics
e. Presence in Market
f. GPS FOS - Order taken at store point | vs Orders
2. Power BI deployment
a. Anywhere /Anytime deployment
b. Train Sales teams on usage
3. Establishing CRM for various stakeholders
a. Influencers | Distributors | Sales Teams | DSOs | Retailers | Leadership
b. Tracking Performance Anytime anywhere | Spotting opportunities | Fixing gaps
c. Training all stakeholders digitally | Setting the Tech for the same | Focus on NPDs/Commercialization
d. Setting up Whatsapp Programs in vernacular languages + Connecting systems with our Internal systems like DSO Apps + DMS via APIs
4. Advance Analytics - Creating Powerful insights /Call to Action based insights for Sales Teams/Leadership on a real time basis | Do this across channels
a. Setting up Power BI for all the KPIs
b. Leveraging Cloud DMS for the same
c. Incentive Tracking for DSOs R&R / ISDs - Drive Call to action discussions
d. Establish tools which all stakeholders can use for their spans | On the go |Anywhere e. Managing Databases Person Specifications
Essential Qualification: MBA from B+ Institute
Desired Qualification: MBA with an Engineering Background
Experience: 6-10 years post qualification work experience in Data Science + Sales background
