Role - Human Resource Business Partner
Job Location- Navi Mumbai/ Sion
Major Area of Responsibilities-
- Responsible for generalist human resource activities to include compensation, employee engagement, training and development, talent management etc.
- Support the assigned function in ensuring the manpower needs are support by way of timely hiring.
- Improve system adoption among stakeholders.
- Review applications/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Interview job applicants & screening them as per organization requirement.
- Structuring compensation offers for shortlisted candidates
- Play an active role in initiating process improvements & policy formulation
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity, connecting with target audience at regular intervals.
- Improving relations between manager and employee
- Be part of cross functional teams to plan & execute HR related projects.
- Assist in conducting the Induction programs for PAN India employees
- Candidates willing to travel to Navi Mumbai (R&D Sector) & Sion location.
