Job Purpose & Scope
To lead the team and help the organization to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Also responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys sales, customer base and its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Assigning sales calls to FSIs in Sales Funnel and updating the feedbacks after the call
- Regular follow-up with customers in all the opportunities and update the development
- Punching the order in system via sales co coordinators
- Nurture and train the sales team and ensuring the sales figures with FSIs
Qualification:
Essential: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or other branches. Other Graduates with relevant experience can also apply
Desirable: MBA Operations/Marketing
Experience: 10+ Years of experience in any electrical industry and atleast 2 years as B2B Sales Manager in professional Lighting (Project Sales) Industry. Should have handled a team in the past roles
Other Requirements : Willingness to travel and good communication skills
