Job title - Category LeadLife Cycle Management.

Location - Navi Mumbai (R&D Sector).

Experience- 10-15 years.

Job Role:

- Execute relevant actions all milestones of the lifecycle of the product.

- Work on Design changes, evaluate change to response effectivity, cost benefit analysis.

- Collaborate with Quality, R&D Engineering design, and establish intent of the changes.

- Escalate the projects of disagreements.

- Undertake changes in 3D CAD, 2D Drawings, service BOM, TDS etc and adhere to ISO processes of revision and document control.

- Work on value engineering, value analysis projects towards enhanced the product Lifecyle.

- Execute product upgrade projects of the organization.

- Collaborate with factories, suppliers and critical component manufacturers for quality improvement.

- Review CRM reports and work on high priority quality improvement design change projects basis organizational directions identified.

Qualification: BE Mechanical with 10-15 years of experience.

Life Cycle Management:


- Extensive experience in managing the lifecycle of products, including design, development, implementation, and end-of-life phases. Design and Analysis: Strong skills in executing design changes, evaluating their impact, and conducting cost-benefit analysis. Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drawing tools. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, and Engineering. Strong communication skills to articulate change intent and resolve conflicts.


- Documentation and Compliance: Experience in managing technical documentation and adhering to ISO processes for revision and document control. Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records. Value Engineering: Knowledge of value engineering and value analysis methodologies. Ability to identify and implement cost-saving and quality improvement initiatives.


- Project Management: Proven ability to execute product upgrade projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills. Supplier Management: Experience in collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to drive quality improvements. Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.


- Quality Improvement: Strong analytical skills to review CRM reports and prioritize quality improvement projects. Experience in implementing design changes to address quality issues.


- Minimum of 10 years of experience in life cycle management or a related role. Proven track record in executing design changes and product upgrades. Strong knowledge of ISO processes and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.
