Job Purpose & Scope:
To work as Brand custodian for Bajaj Lighting Business and execute requirements of business-like Product Communications, Collateral, Digital marketing, Social Media Marketing in both ATL & BTL formats. Establish key USPs and competitive differentiator that strengthens the reputation and brand goodwill for Lighting.
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities:
Brand Marketing:
- Preparation of Brand Strategy for the business.
- Communication plan and selection of vehicles
- Events calendar
- Product Launch Plans & Brand Activities
Digital Marketing:
- Website analysis and optimization, SEO and SMM strategy, Social campaigns designing and execution, Managing and maintaining extranet for dealers
- Marketing Communication (Online) - Social Media Presence and Blogging
- Work on social media plan and communication calendar which will give us more visibility and reach. Post every week on all the platforms on topics like product information, industry trends, tips etc. to get organic engagement.
- Case Study & Videos - Create Success Stories, Challenges and Solutions provided
Marketing Communication (Offline): Brand creation, Product catalogues, Case study, Award Participation, Testimonials, Packaging, Product display center, In-shop branding and policy creation
Channel Marketing (Offline) - Channel Loyalty Program
Channel Partner Mapping & Segmentation, Maintaining and analyzing Sales reports, Events (Dealers + Customers), Training programs, Customer Relationship Management Program.
Channel Marketing (Online): Lead generation from corporate website, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Newsletter, Training & Development, Sales Report and competition Analysis, Managing Bajaj Extranet (web + mobile app)
Internal Communication (Offline): Sales kit (Collaterals, case studies, Product presentations, Testimonials, Sales Training material ppts, Market visit to track competitions and event management.
Internal Communication (Online): WhatsApp updates, Email communications, Survey and competition mapping, Managing Online Quiz for sales team
