Job Purpose :
- The purpose of this role is increase client spectrum by applying innovations and develop and cascade market relevant insights for the respective product group at Bajaj Capital. The role incumbent is responsible to act as a product evangelist and drive and strengthen product cross sell and upsell through various marketing and training content development and implementation initiatives.
- Researching and identification of new products
- Regularly research industry trends to identify products to be promoted, enhanced, rationalized and launched within the organization
- Continuously analyse and publish product expected performance i.e. mix percentage, actual vs target, profitability and customer index insights to key stakeholders
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support the products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes
- Design and manage end to end onboarding and launch of the content/journey of the product
Launching of products
- Manage and design a customized communication to be shared with all key stakeholders of the new product launch
- Must provide a detailed brief to the internal marketing team for designing of various collaterals for the launch and ensure the same is as per the timelines
- Work closely with the respective product head for the product promotion campaigns for the internal sales team members
- Ensure crafting of compelling messages across marketing channels and develop the same to differentiate our products from others in market
Product training content :
- Brief and work closely with the corporate learning and development team and the regional product manager for content development for the training on new products launched and drive an increase in the AUM for channels as well as the individual sales team members
- Conduct trainings with the Corporate learning and development team as per the training scheduled and ensure maximum coverage
- Work on cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Ensure Cross Selling to be done for products to Clients to ensure maximum business acquisitions and work closely with the respective product head and regional product managers for the same
- Respond to product inquiries primarily from distribution partners, as well as business partners across the organization
- Strategizing new business acumens for investments group
- Coordinating with principal companies regarding New Product information
- Responsible for overall business growth, New Client Acquisition and Corporate Tie-Ups for respective investment group - ensure delivery of presentations and follow up meeting as and when applicable
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop product related materials and sales ideas
- Organize client investor awareness programs
- Lead and organize potential client investor awareness/ education program at branches basis requirements shared by the zonal head/channel head
- Increasing team member productivity
- Design and implement engagement plan for non-contributors/low performers across organization in the sales team to ensure increase in their productivity

Education :
- Essential Desirable
- Education Post Graduate in Finance/Marketing
- MBA in Finance
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years in insurance
- 5-8 years in insurance, preferably AMC/principal companies background
