Position: Direct Marketing Incharge (Team Leader)

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development and generating premium targets through direct sales team.

- Identifying new avenues for business growth and meeting customers

- Identifying and Recruiting sales Executives as and when required

- Handling a team of 10-12 sales executives

- Will be responsible in ensuring that the productivity of the team is maintained.

Education Requirements

- MBA/ Graduate, having 2-4 yrs work experience

Preferred Skills

1. Prior team handling experience is preferred (not mandatory).

2. Good relationship management skills

3. Exposure to working in high pressure environment.
