Role: Product Manager

Location: Pune (preferred) or Mumbai

Below will be the major roles & responsibilities for this team member:

- Lead the planning, implementation & adoption of DigiBanca

- Gather internal data to come up with ideas for new products and features

- Analyze the market to make sure the BALIC continues to offer advantages over its competitors

- Understand the customer, partner and BALIC-sales-user persona and develop unique journeys/value propositions for both

- Gather customer feedback to further improve the product

- Uses deep understanding of the customers needs to identify and define Personas, create Epics and User Stories aligned with the strategy

- Create and prioritize the strategic product roadmap

- Collaborate with internal teams to work on DigiBanca requirements

- Monitor, analyze and present key analytics metrics. Continually improve the platform, increase adoption rate, and boost the business logins through DigiBanca.

- Create and present reports on findings, defects, improvements, statuses, and risk management

- Collaborate with design, development and quality assurance teams to assure that the right customer problems are being solved

Experience:

- Minimum 7-8 yrs of core digital product management experience or 9-10 yrs of Digital Projects experience

- Agile (preferred) or PMP certification is a must

- Strong negotiations skills

- Strong presentation skills

- Strong inter-personal skills

- Should have worked on UI/UX driven projects

- Candidates from e-Commerce, Banking and Insurance experience will be preferred

- Strong understanding of technology project Lifecyle

- Should be willing to travel 8-10 days in a month
