Designation - Head - Business Process Re-engineering & UAT

Reporting to - HOD - Operations

Team - 9 Team Members

Location - Pune

Experience Required - 10 to 15 years

Job Profile -

Business Process Re- Engineering

1. To identify, analyze, and re-design business processes across various departments with the aim of achieving significant improvements in critical performance measures such as cost, quality, service, and TAT.

2. To do business analysis and translate business requirements / user expectations into concise high-level functional specification documents, process work flows, use cases, gap analysis, graphical user interface designs and conceptual / functional models.

3. Create activity models and process models for the existing process. Perform a time and motion study (TMS) and cost benefit analysis (CBA) for the process.

4. To effectively communicate among multiple business functions, working with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, end-users, developers and system implementers.

5. To deliver business applications and Information Technology solutions

6. To Initiate training programs for educating users about the transition and finally implement the process / system changes.

7. To develop a strong team of experts in Process Reengineering & Enhancements.

User Acceptance Testing Department ( UAT )

1. To build a strong team for testing with good domain and technical knowledge.

2. To ensure that testing of the developments are done as per the requirement of the User Departments.

3. To ensure facilitation of testing with regards to environment and infra structure in coordination with IT.

4. To define the TATs for testing, jointly with the User departments and IT, to achieve the organizational Targets/ Initiatives.

5. To review the team on a continuous basis and ensure that testing is done as per the specifications and TAT

6. To Coordinate with IT and User departments, for rectification of testing feedback.

7. To help the user departments to create SOPs of new process / system changes

8. To ensure that productivity of team members is maintained at optimum level.

9. To analyze the daily progress reports of the team and scheduling the work for faster completion of the tasks
