Job Description:

- Handling a team.

- Handling G 700 agents of Chennai.

- Responsible for a premium target of 20 crores per anum.

- Drive a team of 3 executives & 1 marketing coordinator.

- Meeting all agents regularly & create a good business relationship, update them on their business completion, loss ratios, areas of concern etc.

- Monitoring the IMD’s loss ratio and sharing the same with the agents.

- Resolve their issues & queries; support them on calls to meet corporate customers.

- Support them to explore & implement new strategies, new initiatives & New LOB's to keep the business growing.

- Pushing for new retail health premium, from all the location of Chennai.
