Team - Branch Heads/ Sales Managers/ Insurance Consultants
Job Summary Deliverable:
1. Ethically Head the Division Office & coordinate with all Branch offices & Seniors including HO appropriately.
2. Ensuring constant Recruitment, Training & Development of SMs, ICs by all branches under the division.
3. Help, assist & guide the branch head (Agency) & Sales Managers to recruit and train to procure necessary business
4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
5. To ensure motivated engagement of SMs/ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the co.
6. Regular monitoring of branch perf and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to BMs, SMs & ICs of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.
8. MIS preparation, reporting to State Head and adherence to Audit Compliance as per BALIC Standards.
9. Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliance.
10. To build and lead a team of Branch heads, SMs & Insurance Consultants to ensure smooth functioning of branches and achievement of assigned targets as per the framework of Sales & Marketing (Agency Channel).

1. Candidate should have successful experience & exposure of Agency (Tied) sales channel.
2. Communication in English, Hindi & any other Regional Language (Local candidate will be preferred)
