Senior Associate - Recruiting
- Shortlist profiles, thereby ensuring a strong talent pipeline of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely coordination, interview scheduling, taking feedback and handling the reference and background checks.
- Weekly update the PA leads with the talent pipeline and flag up potential issues in the process along with suggestions for process improvement.
- In case of referrals, engage with referring PMG to prioritize the candidates.
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders and search firms to gain a deeper understanding of the mandates and re-engineer the sourcing, screening, and assessment strategies.
- Maintaining a recruiting tracker of candidate details and updating it on a regular basis.
- Recruitment ops
- Accurately, updating and tracking candidate movements on the Global Recruiting system (Avature) to ensure candidate profiles are updated.
- Responsible for providing operational support to the stakeholders, creating and maintaining necessary documentation.
- Share relevant new hires data with stakeholders (PA leadership, Staffing, HR, Admin).
- Across activities, work proactively and independently with minimal support from local Recruiting Manager, elevating targeted issues as needed in an "Answer First" manner.
- Flag up potential issues in process, proactively make suggestions for process improvements and provide viable alternatives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for the Industry new joiners

- Ability to monitor and manage multiple inputs and multiple parties simultaneously with precision.
- Ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and interact with senior Bain management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an equivalent combination of education, plus training and experience is required.
- 3-4 years' experience preferably in a recruiting or HR function, in a professional services firm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
