- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including PPC /SMO, marketing email, social media, and display advertising campaigns - organic and paid
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Create DM campaigns as per the IBC categorization
- Identify campaign management tools for implementation
- Linking what's app business account with campaign management tool
- Implementation of advance CRM for eg Lead square
- Should map potential customers and generate leads
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, campaigns, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point.
Desired Skill Set (Technical) :
- Proven working experience 4 -10 years in digital marketing - Organic and Paid
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Knowledge of website analytics tools - Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc.
- Good Practical Knowledge of Marketing Funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
