Job role:
- Own and drive client servicing vertical.
- Manage aligned and Partner relations with other departments so that we can provide solution to the client.
- Not only providing solution, candidate will be responsible for nurturing and upselling as well.Identifying cross sell & upsell opportunities.
- Managing client relations & managing expectations
- Is responsible for creating and delivering brand strategies and insights for brands
- Assist in developing annual brand/client strategies and ensure delivery of the same
- Facilitation and participation in brainstorming meetings, reviewing budgets and schedules, creating overall vision/strategy, ensuring timely delivery of quality final proposal
- Capable to lead, present and sell effectively, build rapport among clients and internal constituencies
- Collaboration with other verticals to deliver clients marketing objectives and ensure integrated, synergistic business approach
- The only goal to be met is client satisfaction.
Desired Candidates role:
- Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)
- Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
