Bada Business - Associate/Senior Associate - Investment

As an Associate / Sr. Associate, expectations are as follows :

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture the development of portfolio companies, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to foster growth and market leadership.

- Provide Strategic Oversight related to structure, controls, processes and create various metrics to measure operational effectiveness.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and identify priority gaps and opportunities.

- Drive technological and digital transformation.

- Facilitate in building revenue trajectory and profitability for these companies.

- Ensuring compliance are in place for these companies.

- Track the important KPIs, build financial model and valuation metrics.

- Facilitating with vendors for strategic growth initiatives.

- Getting these companies prepared for IPO.

- Co-ordinate with Investors and Investment Bankers regarding strategic partnerships with these companies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA-Finance / CFA / CA

- 5 - 10 years of experience in early stage investing and Investment Banking domain and or handling VC/PE Funds

- Proven experience of taking companies to IPO listing

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
