- Handled Employee grievances
- Should have worked on HRMS implementation software/ HRMC strong understanding across the organization
- Worked on Taxation/Slabs/80 C slabs/80CCD/Flexi reimbursement/ Legal -knowledge/dealing With courts cases/ Bonus acts/PF Acts
- Worked on Leave Policy management(HR Head) / Policies/
- Can make HR dashboards/ MIS
- MBA(HR) Must, LLB is advantage
