Position - Investment Banking Associate

Education - CA/MBA/CFA

Experience - 2 to 5 years. Candidates with prior relevant experience will be preferred.

Location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparing pitch materials including information memorandum, management presentations, roadshow presentations, other presentations.

- Responsible for financial analysis & modelling including valuation.

- Evaluate and provide inputs /comments on Share Purchase Agreements / Shareholder Agreement / MOU and other transaction documents.

- Coordinating effectively during a transaction and build relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.

- Developing varied industry & transaction expertise and staying current on industry developments.

- Organize and participate in ideation sessions / meetings.

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp business & financial fundamentals of companies & industries.

- Financial skills including ability to understand & interpret financial statements, to build financial models and perform valuation analysis.

- Strong communication skills.

- Highly motivated and a can-do attitude.

- Ability to balance multiple engagements and responsibilities.

- Ability to handle the execution process independently and handling client queries effectively.

- Good Presentation skills - creating / formatting power point presentations.

- Well-versed with Excel and Word.
