Essential Responsibilities:


- Timely review of specifications and acknowledgement of assigned RFQs.


- Responds to customer requests for information and clarifications of proposal items.


- Liaise with customers in negotiating technical and commercial items on Customer contracts.


- Ensure customer demands and deadlines are achieved.


- Actively search for new sales opportunities with existing customers and look for new customers.


- Review final estimate for content and accuracy to ensure the intent of the Customer specifications and/or RFQ have been met.


Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:


- Understanding of PC Fired, Coal Fired/ Oil Boilers (Wall, T-Fired & Industrial) projects and the overall Boiler Services delivery market.


- Knowledge of Boiler delivery market trends and growth strategies.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.


- Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the companys sales policies.


- Good relationship building and accounting or business management skills.


Education and Experience


- Bachelors/Master's degree in engineering discipline.


- 15-20 years in proposal, accounting or territorial sales.


- Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.


- Exceptional skills in resolving financial statistics with little supervision.


- Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.


Location: Chennai India


Position Type: Full-Time/Regular


This role requires frequent travel that varies from 50-75%
