Roles & Responsibilities:

- New Client acquisition for our daily business

- Existing client retention by deepening relationship with them by providing seamless service delivery

- Drive customer profiling exercise partnering with sales team and create acquisition/ retention strategies

- Regular portfolio review of existing & new clients

- Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy

- Financial Need Assessment of customers with proper preparation & execution of financial planning

- Formulating the strategies to increase client base

- Planning marketing programs & customer engagement activities and working closely with support teams & vendors for successful execution

- Support lead management initiatives for field staff, periodically compare leads and market mapping to identify untapped potential

Basic Qualifications :

- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 2- 4 years of relevant sales & Business Development experience

- Extremely strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment

- Independently manage multiple tasks, projects and ability to prioritize.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Ability to influence others and gain support from key stakeholders

- Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player

- Experience of working in Logistics or E-commerce Industry would be added advantage

Salary Offered : Min 6 LPA
