The Transactions & Consulting (T&C) vertical focuses on

1) supporting new business in their industry research, market entry & assessment, business planning & financial modelling

2) assisting SME's in analyzing the business position at present and undertake an indepth external & internal analysis to chart out a Strategic Roadmap for the company

3) Fund raising activities - Equity particpation by investors (AF,PE,VC)

4) Transactions - M&A (Buy & Sell side), Joint Ventures, Strategic partnerships

5) Trade development - trade and investment activities for foreign entities
