Urgent Job Opening – Business analyst ( Trade Finance ) for an International BPO Operations based at Mumbai.

We are looking for Business analyst ( Trade Finance ) for an International BPO Operations based at at Mumbai.

Information :

Work Location : Goregaon

Band : 5/6/7

Education Qualification : 3 years regular graduation/BE/MBA

CTC & Years of Experience : Band 5/6/7 - min exp 7 yrs + , CTC-14.5 L +

Please go through the broadly defined job descriptions below in light to your current role and accountabilities :

- Participate in workshops and knowledge gathering sessions

- Domain knowledge accumulation & sharing within the unit

- Management of training program using pre defined training documents

- Understand business and client requirements

- Identify business process gap, data gaps

- Create data and environment requirements for testing

- Ensure, Guide, Assist and Review in creation of business scenarioriver, test scenarios and test cases

- Assist team in performing UAT (End to end functionalregression testing via the test team)

- Liaise with client for project deliverables

- Assist in definition of scope of project and milestones

- Track and achieve project milestones

Competencies/Skills:

- Excellent communication & co-ordination skills required.

- Plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.

- Should have at least 8 years experience in Trade Finance

- Good Knowledge of Trade Finance in International Market

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

- Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment

- An eye for detailing and be proactive in identifying issues.

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure

- Good project management, planning and organizing skills

Good to Have

- Exposure to (or have strong knowledge) in international market

- Exposure to Visio (or similar tools)

- Exposureexperience in testing

- Knowledge of trade life cycle and custody operations

- Good knowledge experience of STLC

- Knowledge of test tools (QC, QTP etc)
