Job Description
SALES ANALYTICS
- Opportunity Pipeline Management Tool-Develop/Maintain math models to estimate the size of the sales
- Opportunity Funnel needed to achieve a certain revenue goal. The tool is used by all Cypress sales VPs and Product Marketing Managers.
- Annual Operating Plan- Collaboration with Sales VPs and Business Unit Managers for Due-Diligence of revenue/ opportunity goals, Stage manage the meeting for all geographies.
- Sales Efficiency Improvement- Compute/track metrics (yield/latency for conversion of opportunity to revenue) and help Sales Management make decisions on improving efficiency of sales force.
METRICS MANAGEMENT
- Develop Metrics and manage delivery of weekly dashboards for several marketing campaigns using industry standard Business Intelligence tools like OBIEE, Excel and create automated dashboards for Cypress management.
ORACLE ON-DEMAND CRM
- Use Oracle On-Demand CRM for advanced analytics. Make business process enhancement proposals and work closely with IT to implement them in CRM.
Job Specific Requirements
- Attention to Detail, Ability to think out of the box and solve problems.
- Excellent Communication skills, Ability to present analyses with clarity to senior management.
- Expertise in Excel, experience using industry standard statistical packages like JMP/SAS is an added advantage.
