BA/Product Manager - Mobile/Gaming/SaaS

You have more than 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Manager for a SAAS / Mobile Solutions company

Job functions include

- Market Research - Identify and analyze key business drivers / initiatives for mobile solutions with in the enterprise as well as consumer facing. Organize research using metrics to prioritize opportunity areas. Understand customer environment, technology landscape, data and process flows.

- Solution Definition - Propose industry specific business solutions along with value proposition / problems solved for the customer. Using metrics develop and articulate business plan to the senior management.

- Product Specification - Develop detailed specification to define the product in terms of user experience (screen mockups), platform support and IT integration. Engage internal design and engineering teams to develop proof of concepts.

- Sales Support - Train inside sales on targeted customer messaging

- Pre-Sales support - Be the domain expert point of contact for any business case development and solution provisioning for proposal development

- Collateral Development - Translate solutions into appealing and informative whitepapers that sales can utilize for initiating account relationship.

- Documentation and Communication - Organized and Detailed documentation is expected. You should be able to communicate ideas / findings effectively.
