Manager - Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP)

- The position available is for a full-time Business Analyst/Project Manager based in Mumbai who will report to the Location Project Lead, mainly working on projects and initiatives aligned to the US region. There will be opportunities to work on projects for other regions including global initiatives, and there may be an opportunity/requirement to travel.

- The role will involve working alongside other Project managers / Business Analysts, in the US, EMEA and APAC-aligned teams based in India . The Business Analyst/PM will also need to liaise closely with the CAP operations staff in India, US, and UK, AP staff based locally in branches situated throughout the regions, Global Finance Technology (GFT) Project and Production Support teams, business project sponsors, and line-of-business end users.

The PM/Business Analyst will:

1. Act as the Project Manager for Corporate Accounts Payable through:

- Detailing the Project Charter and Scope

- Preparing and managing the overall project plan, action plan, risks log, issues log and communication.

- Co-ordinate Testing with GFT, LOBs and the CAP Operations Team

- Manage Implementation

- Deal with Project issues/risks and change requests

2. Act as the Business Analyst for CAP through:

- Running Requirements Gathering Sessions and Documenting Requirements

- Reviewing and Feeding back to Technology Partners on their Technical Solution Documentation

- Create other Project Documentation such as Process Solution Document, Master Data Document, Test

- BCom Grads with 6-8 years of exp or CA/MBA Finance with 3-4 yrs of experience as Business/Project Analyst/Project Manager

- Candidate should be flexible to work in Night shifts till 4 am.
