BA - Oracle Transportation Management

Looking for Oracle Transportation Management for permanent role in Chennai, India.

Role:

As a Business Analyst/Configuration Analyst, this roles involves

- Configuration of OTM 5.5 or higher versions to the requirements of the customers

- Client facing in requirements elicitation, with strong understanding of International Forwarding and Supply chain business.

- Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the project to achieve its goals

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst/Configuration Analyst, the responsibilities are:

- To configure OTM 5.5 product ( or higher version)

- Developing Mapping specifications for EDI data flow with customers and integration layers. Knowledge of industry standard formats such as ANSI 814, EDIFACT, etc.

- Prepare high level design documents

- Prepare unit, system and end to end test scripts and execute those scripts and capture test results using generic industry tools

- Code for customization of OTM using style sheets (XSL, JSP, HTML)

- Good experience in XML

- Adherence to internal processes in all stage of implementation and quality conscious at all times.

- Excellent team player

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and articulation skills

Main Skills:

- At least 3+ years of experience in application development/product implementations

- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – at least 3+ years of experience in configuring the product.

- Experience in working Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript, JAVA

- EDI knowledge

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Quick learner

- Should be a self starter and operate independently and as a team
