B&A Health is an international standard medical device manufacturing firm producing high-quality medical disposables for the Indian and overseas market. We are ready to launch our products and are in the process of building a strong Sales & Business Development team.
We are looking for Regional Sales & Business Development Head - An entrepreneurial minded and proven business leader in Sales and Marketing heading the business development operations of the company in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Job Description :
The company is growing at lightning speed and the Regional Sales & BD Head is expected to thrive in a fast paced environment with superb selling skills, and possess expertise in building relationship with Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Doctors, Pharmacists and Distributors Network people dealing with healthcare and medical devices in varied Infusion Therapy, Central Venous Access Catheters, Anesthesia, Urology, Gastroenterology, Blood Collection Management System, and Dialysis segment etc.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring a brand presence in defined markets.
- Develop and execute a plan for the monthly, quarterly and annual business.
- Passion for driving sales initiatives with the sales team carrying a high sense of urgency and drive for excellence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Sales target by promoting health care and medical devices with existing and new customers.
- Explore domestic market for the sale of company products, identify customers and promote the products through developing sales team and enabling the sales team with skills on individual detailing, audiovisual presentations, workshops and Company image building.
- Meet and Coordinate with customers including hospitals, doctors, distributors, Pharmacists, tender authorities and related agencies for business development.
- Regular connect with clients and ensure speedy redressal of objections, complaints and grow the distribution network strategically.
- Develop and grow a relationship with hospitals/ doctors/ pharmacists and strengthen company image.
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: MBA/PGDM, with 5-10 Years of experience in selling health care and medical devices.
