BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Global Markets Technology & Operations provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives and Structured Products. Across all these products, solutions include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies. In addition, GMT&O provides Sales, Electronic Trading, Trade Work Flow, Pricing, Market Risk, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement and Client service processes for Trading, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management businesses.

Job Description:

- Global Risk Technology organization is responsible for providing comprehensive technology solutions for managing various aspects of Risk at an enterprise level through continuous monitoring, review, measurement and control in the form of reporting, quantitative analysis, and forward-looking analytics on the Bank's credit portfolios.

- The global risk organization is spread across the globe with several hundred people working across time zones. The India team directly works with the global teams and the business partners in designing and building the next generation Data Warehouse solutions, BI tools, risk engines and reporting platforms.

This position is based out of Chennai.

- Enterprise ECRIS is a part of ECRIS team. The Enterprise ECRIS team captures the Securitization exposures, the traded product exposures and Equity exposures of the bank Catering to Enterprise Capital Management of the bank.

Responsibilities:

- Create/maintain design documents for any Teradata Changes

- Manage development activities

- Experience with tuning system for performance improvements

- Support during platform migrations, new functionality implementations

- Supports best practices, platform usage standards and guidelines

- Be a key contributor to initiatives that require technical expertise

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience of 4 to 8 years in Teradata database and Architecture

- Understanding and experience in Teradata Architecture

- Provide technical leadership for performance scalability

- Excellent oral/written communication skills

- Excellent team player to work all along with Global teams

- Highly motivated, able to work independently, self starter; and problem/solving/analytical

- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

Education: BE, B.Tech, MCA

Experience Range: 3- 8 years

Shift time: 10 AM to 7 PM

Role: Individual contributor Role

Desirable skills:

- Banking/Domain experience is an added advantage.
