Position – AVP

Process – Corp. Audit-IT

Location – Gurgaon

Position Details:

- Independently executes assigned audit activities and supervises audit team.

- Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Utilizes sound, seasoned analytical skills and possesses product, business, and technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities.

- Coordinates, schedules, scopes and leads team activities on audits (incl. large, cross-functional).

- Leads analysis of control deficiencies as well as expansion and refinement of documentation for more complex control deficiencies to drive actionable business impact, influences management on sufficiency of correctives actions, recommends audit rating. Implements risk based audit strategy.

- Exercises judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners.

- Identifies control trends in assigned business areas as well as impact to the business and to the Bank overall by applying deep and broad business acumen.

- Coaches/trains team in execution of the audit.

Profile Requirements:

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree, preferably in accounting, finance or related field

- Professional Audit or Accounting Certification (e.g., CA, CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA) or Masters Degree in Finance would be an advantage

- Strong Information Technology or Audit background

Experience:

- Must have a minimum of 10 to 14 years of direct work experience in Information Technology, Audit, Compliance or Risk Management role

Competencies / Technical Skills:

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

- Good knowledge of general technology areas, subject matter expertise in some technology areas

- An understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure technology

- Able to travel 25% to 35% of time

- Ability to execute assigned audit areas / tests independently

- Strong analytical and thinking skills

- Critical and independent thinking; and ability to exercise sound judgment

- Quick learner and adaptable

- Self-starter and Positive attitude
