Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the team to onboard new sellers by identifying valuable partners post qualifying them on the selection criteria's and to manage their performance in early days to establish long-term partnerships.
- Understand services offered and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to internal and external audiences.
- Hire, train and manage a team of Business Development Managers across multiple locations. Drive adoption of new services, promotions and processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating processes to scale the working of the organization.
- Analyze data and improve or develop processes to help agents become successful on online platform.
- Coordinate with both internal teams & travel agencies to ensure concerns/ suggestions are addressed in a timely manner.
Prior experience and skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership role of large team.
- Bachelor's degree is required and PG qualification from Tier 1 Institutes in India/abroad is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Proven analytical skills with strong business judgment and demonstrated ability to manage the business in a highly matrix environment.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Must have ownership mentality and create team of individuals who are truly invested in success of whatever mission we pick.
- You must be persistent and decisive with sound judgment and ability solve situations on the spot.
