It is an early-stage technology platform specializing in online dispute resolution (ODR) backed by a remarkable set of investors. We facilitate quick and cost-effective out-of-court resolution of disputes by reducing the use of resources involved in resolving them. We provide an end-to-end solution for Courts, arbitral institutions, mediation centres, Government authorities, businesses, organisations and startups to resolve grievances and disputes.

We're looking for passionate people who want to build on what we've created, take initiative, grow together and revolutionize the future of dispute resolution around the globe.

We are looking for passionate B2B sales professionals who are keen to help banks, financial and other institutions and businesses revolutionize the way their legal teams handle disputes and grievances. As an experienced B2B sales professional, you will have experience managing clients from various sectors, and handling the sales pipeline - from lead generation to closing deals and account management.

We are looking for someone based in Mumbai or willing to relocate in Mumbai. We do not have an office in Mumbai so this will be a work-from-home role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation and prospecting for new clients

- Sales pipeline management

- Establish strong, long-term customer relationships within the BFSI space

- Sell products to new businesses

- Consultative selling

- Account management and upselling to existing accounts

- Strategically develop, execute, and maintain a growth-centric account plan

Qualifications required:

- 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in the BFSI sector (Experience working with a SaaS company or being qualified as a lawyer would be a plus).

- Proficiency in Zoho CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in English - both oral and written

- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
