Our client is an early stage start-up founded by seasoned industry professionals with vision to create a market leading business in HR Tech space.

They are supported by a marquee VC fund and currently are in process of building the team.

Role:

As part of the initial team of the organisation, you would be working closely with the founders

As part of your role, you will be repsonsible for

- Developing BD Strategy to grow the client portfolio by using commercial information.

- Generate business for the company by pitching to the clients, closing commercials, onboarding them and managing end to end relationship with them

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by staying in regular touch, upselling and cross-selling

- Identify decision makers within the client portfolio and ensure continuity of business by regular interfacing and advising them on their strategic needs

- Advise clients on the most appropriate solutions for their HR requirements

- Network across your industry to continously stay abreast with latest market trends and information

Key Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier 1 college only with 2 to 6 years experience working with reputed organizations or consulting organizations

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Proactive and result driven approach with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment working closely with senior stakeholders.
