As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer adoption of our low code, no code rule engine and workflow automation product. You will play a critical role in converting potential customers into paid users by effectively communicating the value proposition of our solution, understanding their specific use cases, and demonstrating how our product can enhance their team's productivity and reduce turnaround time. Your ability to build relationships, provide insightful demos, and navigate objections will be key to achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers from our waitlist and conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads.
- Educate prospects about our company, product offerings, and unique value proposition through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our low code, no code rule engine and workflow automation platform.
- Understand potential customers' needs and use cases, and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate how our product can address their pain points and drive productivity.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, by understanding their business objectives and aligning our product benefits accordingly.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, address concerns, and overcome objections to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on customer requirements and market trends, contributing to product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our product in the market.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth by converting prospects into paying customers.
Requirements:
- Must have a CS/IT degree in any discipline (Btech. , BE, BCA, MCA)
- 3 proven years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of low code, no code platforms and familiarity with rule engines and workflow automation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting product demos and presentations to potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Ability to identify customer needs and pain points, and propose tailored solutions that align with our product capabilities.
