Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B sales individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the lending institutions like banks, NBFCs, and fintechs. They will also be responsible for deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the same account.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets

- Identify and acquire new clients within lending institutions like banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.

- Deepen relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities within the same account.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, industry trends, and competition

- Utilize sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Requirements :

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lending or financial services industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills
