B2B SaaS Product Management Role

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of product managers in defining and executing the product roadmap, translating strategic vision into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Conduct market research and user research to identify new opportunities and understand customer pain points.

- Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure product success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment and efficient product development.

- Possess a strong understanding of business needs and map them to effective product solutions.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing product management team, providing coaching and mentorship.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading B2B SaaS product management teams

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development

- Deep understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, databases, and user experience (UX) principles

- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile preferred) and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence (a plus)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision, problems, solutions, benefits, and roadmaps

- Prior software development experience is a plus

- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage cross-functional relationships effectively

- A keen understanding of business processes and the ability to identify gaps and translate them into software solutions
