Key Focus of Role:
- The company has a powerful brand it is a simple matter to introduce jobsglobal to new companies;
- Develop new clients and deliver for them multinational manpower solutions;
- Use, update and maintain data within the company ERP system relating to clients;
- Perform market research in order to identify new opportunities within the market;
- As a key account manager be a single point of contact for key strategic clients;
Key attributes:
- Must understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry from the perspective of an agency employee or from within an HR/Talent Acquisition or Operations department of a client;
- Our sales approach is consultative in nature and requires a high degree of industry knowledge and highly developed customer service ability;
- Cold calling with form part of the early stages of the employment role, for this all candidates should be prepared;
- High level of verbal communication skills;
- Able to meet clients in person or via video calls;
- Good written English skills.
- Fluent in English and highly computer literate;
- Arabic language skills would be useful for some positions.
