Founded by a former Google leadership team member with experience in building global products and running sales across Asia, the company is an e-commerce company specializing in B2B procurement of industrial products. The business model of the company got further validation when Mr. Ratan Tata picked up a stake in it. It has also raised a pre-Series A funding from Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures. The funds are being used to enhance the technology platform, build a deep supplier base as well as increase marketing spends across Asia.

As a B2B Marketing Manager, Your Key Responsibilities include,

- Work cross-functionally with leadership team to guide and support the development of B2B Marketing plans to support the business goals.

- Develop white papers, presentations and case studies for the relevant audience.

- Identify and be the face of the organisation at relevant events and conferences.

- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns.

- Manage the relationship with external creative and media agencies and develop innovative and efficient marketing plans.

- Partner cross functionally to develop the annual advertising budgets and plans.

- Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development.

- Define creative agencies scope, staffing plan, and production budgets needed to support offline and online marketing -plans in India.

- Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies

- Manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals

- Ideate, plan and execute events that lead to greater demand generation

Candidate Profile:

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

- Budget-management skills and proficiency

- Professional judgment and discretion

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

- Good writing skills

- Experience in b2b offline marketing is a must
