- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.


Product Demonstrations & Training


- Conduct demos of the Curriculum, digital platform, and assessment tools to faculty and staff.

- Provide training support during the implementation phase to ensure successful product adoption.


Market Intelligence & Feedback


- Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support product development and positioning.

- Share feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales strategies.


Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management


- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the management team.


Event Participation & Branding


- Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and school/college events.

- Promote the brand through effective communication, demos, and networking.


Target Achievement


- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned regions.

- Strategically plan school visits and follow-ups to maximize conversions and maintain healthy pipeline.
