Job Description :

Technical Skills :

Must have good experience in :

- Cloud concepts like SaaS, PaaS, IaaS

- Windows Azure Architecture

- Windows Azure Fabric

- Windows Azure Roles, Domains, Affinity groups

- Azure Application Services like Windows Azure AD, Service Bus, Azure Services, Caching, CDN, Media

- Windows Azure Data Services Table Storage, Blobs, and Queues

- Azure Infrastructure Services like VM, Virtual Network etc

- SQL Azure

- Azure Web Sites and Asp.net MVC

- Azure Roles Worker Role, Web Role

- Experience on Architecting, design, development on Azure Platform especially for PAAS

- Azure Deployment (Dev, Staging, Production)

- Experience on Migrating Existing Web application to Azure Environment

- Net Framework 4.0

Work Experience Required :

- Implementation and support for a Azure based application in Azure Environment.

- Full life cycle implementation of a Project on Azure Platform

- Knowledge about Azure Costing

- Solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft technology landscape.

- Capacity Planning.

- Worked on producing solutions on various business scenarios.

- Presales support in Solution Architecture

- Experience in Consulting and advisory to client leadership

- Experience of Agile [SCRUM] or RUP development.

- Strong on UML, Design Patterns, Artifacts creation

- Worked on TFS for project lifecycle and code builds

- Experience in technical assessment and migration planning

Special Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience on Migrating existing database to SQL Azure

- Azure based application Testing

- Experience in Cloud environment Integration

- Experience on Office 365

Responsibilities :

- Provide cost and resource estimations on people, Azure cost, and other cost elements

- Provide recommendation on environment design and Capacity

- Understand the business scenarios and recommend relevant solutions

- Provide Consulting and advisory to client leadership

- Conduct application portfolio and technical assessment and create migration roadmap

- Design and plan Database migration to SQL Azure

- Design and plan Cloud environment Integration

- Recommend when Azure is not the right solution for a business problem and can communicate this effectively

- Bring strong technical leadership to drive the offering delivery and technical sales support.

- Architecting, design, development on Azure Platform especially for PAAS

- Provide technical leadership in Migrating Existing Web application to Azure Environment

- Implementation and support for Azure based application in Azure Environment.
