Azure Power - Manager/Sr Manager - Risk & Controls

Qualification: CPA and or CA

WorkEx: 5-10 years

Responsibilities:

- Exposure and working knowledge of COSO Framework and SOX compliance

- Good Risk & Controls orientation

- Must have the experience of implementation of SOX documentation

- Should have good Project Management Skill

- Should be able to deal with Big-4 Auditors for risk/control perspective

Skill:

- Process mapping, Risk and Controls documentation

- Flowcharting/Risk Mapping Tools

- Communication and presentation skill

- Self driven professional

Preference will be Given to professionals having exposure to financial process of an Infrastructure company
