Azure Power - General Manager/Senior General Manager - Project Finance

Job Description :

1. First-hand Experience of raising debts from International/ Local Financial Institutions for Projects. Should have driven large value( Rs. 500 cr -Rs.1000 cr. +) debt transactions in infrastructure/solar space independently.

2. Should be well versed with financial modelling, building application to lenders based on prudent borrowing norms, negotiating key terms for the loans including security terms, driving due diligence process with lenders and financial sanctions/ draw-down of loans.

3. Should have strong networking with domestic lenders including PS Banks and DFIs, and should also be capable of dealing with them at the highest level independently.

4. Should also have good networking with key International lenders in Solar space in India.

5. Should have experience in raising bridge loans, working capital limits( BG/LC), refinancing of loans.

Job Specifications :

1. Qualification & Experience: CA and or MBA from premium institute with 15+ years of experience. MALE CANDIDATE ONLY

2.Excellent communication skills, strong financial modelling skills

3. Good understanding of business and financial orientation at strategic level.

4.Ability to be flexible as to hours during busy periods in order to ensure project deadlines are met.

5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization, including senior management.

6. Strong interpersonal skills.

7. Detail oriented and able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities

8. Stable, must be working for same organization for minimum 5 yrs.
