Requirements
- 3+ years of managing a sales training department with 3+ trainers reporting directly.
- 4+ years training sales reps that sell to customers in the US.
- 2+ years of developing effective sales training and monitoring programs from scratch.

- Ability to work with senior Sales Managers/Directors to develop training programs to maximize the sales team's revenue potential; also leads and directs the work of the team.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.-
- Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements.
- Ability to improve and improvise training effectiveness by developing new approaches and sales techniques.
- Ability to build modules based on the strength & weaknesses of the existing team. Develop and upgrade training modules as per the market realities.
- Excellent analytical skills and observations to generate Training Need Analysis by working with sales representatives and bridge performance gaps for the business. Realign trainee material based on performance and real time challenges.
- Generate solutions of market challenges, geography and product.
- Ability to constantly enhance training methodology and content.
- Expertise in Project Planning skills - demonstrate the ability to build and implement training plans that achieves desired outcomes.
- Expertise in Project Management skills - demonstrate the ability to know who and how to leverage resources and people to achieve training outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing a team of Sales Trainers to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force.
- Responsible for the training needs of the organisation.
- Responsible for driving training metrics and initiatives.
- Responsible for upskilling the existing team to lead generation and final sales closure standards.
- Improve effectiveness of the existing sales representatives by determining the right solution.
- Upskill new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process.
- Developing individual coaching plans.
- Providing assistance or resource when required to the business.
- Should be the Single Point of Contact for all training activities within Sales Teams in Azuga.
- Deliver class room training as and when required.
- Maintain a comprehensive MIS/data of all training sessions conducted/On the Job training delivered/ and highlight emerging trends and raise issues, if any.
- Responsible for documenting distinct issues found while training and work with internal teams to implement resolutions in a timely manner.
