Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop new business opportunities in the IT Infrastructure sector.
- Create and implement a comprehensive business plan aimed at increasing profitability and market share for the division through direct sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Identify and target potential customers, leveraging insights to tailor sales pitches and solutions.
- Utilize hands-on experience in Active Networking Sales, Wireless, Security, Switches, and Routers to drive sales and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Oversee the solution design, estimation, and proposal writing processes, ensuring all responses meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
- Lead multiple proposal responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
- Build and maintain a strong network of public and private customer contacts to foster business relationships and facilitate sales.
- Meet regularly with customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors to expand sales reach and improve market penetration.
- Ensure partners are adequately trained and supported to achieve mutual sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners and sales teams on product offerings, sales techniques, and - industry trends.
- Act as a resource for partners, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on sales strategies.
-Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales management, with a focus on infrastructure solutions.
- Proven track record of acquiring and developing new business in the IT sector.
- Hands-on experience with Active Networking Sales, Wireless, Security, Switches, and Routers.
- Strong expertise in solution design, estimation, and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and partners.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales objectives
