Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned market segment.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our IT services to potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and informative manner.
- Close deals and secure new business contracts.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries received through phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads and prioritize follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of potential clients.
- Segment the database based on various criteria to target specific market segments.
- Track sales activities and pipeline management.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely and persistent manner.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through personalized communication.
- Address objections and overcome challenges to close deals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Take ownership of your sales territory and achieve assigned targets.
- Exhibit self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
