Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned market segment.

- Address objections and overcome challenges to close deals.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.

- Take ownership of your sales territory and achieve assigned targets.

- Exhibit self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
