Job purpose:


- Developing and managing client base for Azilen's Product Engineering Services with a strong understanding of the European market.

Who you are:

- Want to move beyond Mobile Apps & eCommerce projects.

- 7+ years in international client acquisition, preferably in software domain.

- Proficient in gathering and analysing first-person, human intelligence.

- Go-getting attitude & passion for Business Development.

- Should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building partnerships, and establishing a strong business network as well as prior travel experience in the region.

Who you are NOT:

- Exposure to sales through bidding portals only.

- Fully relying on inbound leads.

What will excite us:

- Attitude and track record of building a long term client relationships.

What will excite you:

- Selling Enterprise Grade Product Engineering Services.

- Selling services based on high-end technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain etc.) & domains (HRTech, FinTech, Retail etc.

- Mentoring from proven leaders.

- Travelling and meeting prospects face to face.

Some Examples of work in this role:

- Drive a respective demography vertical with complete ownership.

- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.

- Discuss and define effective sales campaign strategy with marketing team.
