Job Title: Sales specialist.

Years of Experience: 5 - 8 years.

Location: Bangalore.

Role Summary:.

- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales specialist to join our dynamic sales team.

- The sales specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

What will you do?.

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities.

- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction history in the CRM system.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

- Track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Manage and update sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and sales policies.

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for contract management, quotations, renewals, and order fulfilment.

- Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer webinars.

- Prepare promotional materials and ensure the availability of necessary resources for events.

- Support the sales team during events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.

What skills required?.

- Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the IT or software industry.

- Experience with CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Familiarity with IT and software industry terminology and practices is a plus.
