Job Title: Sales Operations Leader (GTM).

Years of Experience: 12 + years.

Location: Bangalore.

Role Summary:.

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Leader to spearhead our go-to-market (GTM) effort.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, GTM, a deep knowledge of the BFSI industry, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and operational efficiency.

- This role demands a high level of analytical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

What will you do?.

- Strong focus on market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.

- Develop a GTM plan with a focus on new client acquisition, segment strategy, new capability positioning, and existing business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

- Lead sales enablement with a focus on reporting sales operations for the business.

- Focus on executable actions and forward-looking insights through sales ops decision-making.

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and performance analysis.

- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine GTM strategies.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.

- Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of marketing and sales activities.

- Define clear positioning and draft value propositions for capabilities and clients.

- Focus on creating compelling value proposition decks for both internal and external audiences.

- Work on large deals, bids, and proposals to support business opportunities for existing and new clients.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and other functions.

- Collaborate with the finance team to manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive sales growth.

What skills required?.

- Experience in GTM, sales enablement and GTM execution.

- Preferable experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong expertise and proven track record in sales enablement, sales ops and bids.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e. , Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Deep knowledge of the BFSI industry and its market dynamics.
