About the Role:

- To spearhead our product expansion efforts, we're seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to lead our multidisciplinary development team.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving product excellence in the AML/Lending segment.

Key Objectives:

- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams in product and business planning processes.

- Market Analysis and Differentiation: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market growth.

- Product Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer value, from conception to release.

Responsibilities:

- Full Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including research, planning, positioning, and launch.

- Strategic Product Positioning: Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies for long-term success.

- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership in consumer product development, integrating data, design, and technology.

- Market Research and Discovery: Lead efforts in market research and customer discovery to inform the product roadmap.

- Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition.

- Performance Tracking: Develop and track key success metrics to evaluate product performance and iterate accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Business Analysis Expertise: Ability to convert requirements into functional specifications, solid understanding of product management principles.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in wireframe designing, understanding of API-based integrations, and familiarity with fintech trends.

- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience with loan software and understanding of loan origination systems, loan management systems, and collections.

- Agile Leadership: Experience in agile development practices, with exposure to DevOps considered an advantage.

- Communication and Leadership: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Certifications: Possession of certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, CBAP is an added advantage
