Job Role: Talent Acquisition Lead
Lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent (both IT & Non-IT roles) in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices across our retail and ecommerce platform.
Job Description:
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with hiring right talent and meeting fulfilment timelines.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager & candidate satisfaction
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of the business and coordinating with hiring managers to meet their talent requirements.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Designing, planning and executing employer branding activities. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
- Identifying and constantly adding to efficient and cost-effective sources of recruitment.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Creating and presenting periodic KPI reports
Job Specification:
- Post-Graduate with passion for Talent Acquisition and having 7+ years of experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition
- Sound knowledge of various online recruitment platforms and strong professional network.
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
- High energy individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
