Aza Fashions - Finance Controller - CA

POSITION SUMMARY:

Key Accountabilities:

The incumbent will have the responsibility for managing entire accounting and closing activities, audit, direct and indirect taxes, reconciliations, statutory compliances, MIS at company level, automation and EXIM documentation.

Operations:

- Manage entire accounting and monthly closure

- Finalization of accounts, statutory audit & tax audit

- Provide support to company secretary for filing requisite returns

- Ensuring monthly reconciliation of receivables, payables and inventory

- Overview of daily cash & bank position

- Ensuring all statutory compliances, payments and filing of returns

- Monthly console MIS reports and analysis of variances

- Automation initiatives

- Supervise EXIM documentation

- Review various agreements with banks, designers, POS, payment gateways etc

- Handle direct and indirect taxes

- Ratio Analysis

- Cashflow management and dealing with bankers

- Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with top management

- Work closely with bankers and auditors

- Have to manage a large accounting team

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

- CA with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong controllership experience

- Preferably E-commerce background

- Experience of handling large team

Other Competencies:

- Action and result oriented.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills

- Ability to engage with senior management.
